I'm here to help you overcome anxiety and wave your panic bye-bye.
Many years ago, I was plagued by anxiety.
I couldn't leave my house. I couldn't sleep. I couldn't eat. It felt like my whole body was falling apart.
Doctors couldn't really do anything to help me, and I was starting to get desperate.
I thought it was going to last forever.
Whatever strength I had left, I focused on one goal. Getting better.
Over the years, I've studied anxiety, panic attacks, depersonalization, and derealization to develop a method that helped me get rid of my symptoms for good.
I went on to share my method with others, and since then, it has helped thousands of others find freedom from anxiety.
So, if you feel like you're stuck in a bad place, not knowing where to go next, I'm here to tell you that it gets better.
You can get through this. And I hope that each video I share here gets you one step closer to your recovery.
You are not alone.

Vicky’s anxiety hit a new peak when she got married. At first, she couldn’t even stay with her husband overnight and often ended up sleeping at her mom's house instead.

Recovery gets easier after you do this…
Literally off balance all daym I'm doing do much better.
I stop and start doing a crossword puzzle bc my rumination is about problems I can’t solve.
I think you can tell if a sensitized nervous system is the problem when symptoms go away when you're experiencing something more intense than your usual symptoms such as physical pain, grief, deep sadness or even a crisis situation in your daily life which you're forces to deal with and focus on to the exclusion of everything else. If the symptoms were purely biomedical this likely wouldn't be possible.
When i go to the doctor, she doesnt know why i feel the way i feel. Only because i bring up ill get anxious at times, they blame it on that. Maybe i should just stop saying i am anxious. 😕
Thank you😊
I'm so glad I've been staying committed to this journey ❤
🙏🏻🙏🏻
Why don’t you just make a video instead of a stupid link
Why do you hate me
You’re such a HUGE help!! Continued success, GOD bless you.
My symptoms is muscle cramps every time panicking, all my lab test is perfect, I love listening to you. From now on I will ignore it ❤
Yessss that’s me right now! I got a really bad case of heartburn and dint know what was going on,now every time I eat I get anxiety and intrusive thoughts😢
She’s my wifeee, I’m so proud you baby!
Can you explain the reason of body shivers body tremors and severe shaking like your sugars are too low places reply
I suffered from gastric issues tied directly to anxiety creating a vicious cycle for four years. I only came out of it 2 months ago by implementing Win Hof breathing after waking on an empty stomach resetting my parasympathetic nervous system for the day and also started a carnivore diet to re-heal my gut. Ive only eaten tolerate red meat, sweet potatoes, honey, milk and some fruit juices for the last two months and I’ve felt the best in four years. I’ve put back on 10lbs and am hoping to gain more from the weight I lost over the four years. God bless all of you and please ask me any question you have as I can help you since I’ve been in this a long time. -Hunter Ely
I’ve been to the hospital twice in the emergency room in a span of one month 3 EKGs and blood works including troponin and even chest X-rays. I have anxiety about chest pain and back pain and one more thing I have a hiatal hernia as well !
That’s the last demon I’m battling!
been suffering from headaches for 2 months now almost every single day. paid a lot of money out of pocket (don't have health insurance) just to be sent away without any pain relief and idk what to do anymore. mindfulness activities only provide very temporary relief!
how about carcinophobia then?
HEY SHAANNN THNKYOU VERYMUCHH FOR ALWAYS EXPLAINING OVER AND OVER AGAIN. IVE MASTER WHAT YOU WERE SAYING 🌹
Alright I might be one of the fortunate ones as I'm already kind of recovering, but last night I smoked a joint for the first time with 2 friends. When it hit, it hit like a train. All of a sudden I began feeling light headed and I think I got scared which lead to my heart beat going 200 msh feeling as if I was about to pass out. My muscles were literally giving up on me a I sat there panicking while one of my friends ran to get me something sweat to ease the effect. I felt really sick and couldn't breath properly. After my friend came back I was absolutely cooked out of my mind and everything felt good. I had to remind myself I was on planet earth every few minutes as it was so hard to focus. This dope was strong. After I got home I went to bed 2 hours later at like 5 in the morning and slept for 3 hours which felt like 6. This was when I started tweaking and losing track of time. 5 minutes felt like 15 minutes and that got me really scared and began having another panic attack and heart beating like crazy. When I woke up in the middle of the day It felt as if I was in a dream and everything was blurred evertime I turned my head. It was hard to think and make decisions and I was experiencing brain fog. It felt as if I wasn't real. I thought I was still high, but it was almost 10 hours since I smoked, so I did some research and found I had derealisation. First I was going to panic again and stress with the new information I found but decided to stay calm and open minded the whole time. It's 12-13 hours since I smoked and I'm already feeling better. The key is to not take it as a big deal (ik that's hard but it works so well) the first few days is probably best to distract yourself and not worry about it as if it's a normal thing (which it is) I believe I can recover fast. What I found browsing through the Internet is. No caffeine (it will make it worse) No alcohol (it will make it worse) No weed or other drug (it will make it worse) Limit/stop sugar consumption Eat fruit, veg and fish to keep you mind as clear as possible Meditation (will calm you down and ground more and more in the moment the more you practice) Stay hydrated to keep you mind as clear as possible Drink mint or camomile tea (it helped me quite a bit) What I'm going to do later in the day is vent to someone I trust to ease off my chest. That is probably one step forward to recovering from this unpleasant anxiety fueled experience. Just keep calm this shit isn't permanent👍
Lost 10 pounds in one week 🤦🏾♂️
I hate these thoughts fr….

Guys. Don’t give up. I got out of anxiety. I was able to get my anxiety under control. It took a while but it is doable. I had it since I was 13.
Been 5 years since I have driven on the highway . I had an episode of full body shaking when I was on highway and had to pull over .110km is the speed limit here in Alberta .i use to love driving my heart rate is 145 and does not go down then I get dizzy and scared.
I have gone through seeing all health care professionals for the last couple of months and finally know for sure it’s anxiety. Thank you for your amazing videos and clear explanation! I am staying positive on my recovery.
Its not a thought its reality
Cure for anxiety is journey not destination
Demon is just having a blast with all this fear😢
I’m 38 now and never had a problem with anxiety or depression until I was 31! I had my first panic attack and have been in a very dark place here recently! I pray I can come through this! I have nothing to be depressed about is the crazy thing!
I can relate. I’m 33 and it hit me like a train completely randomly. Been struggling with it constantly now for 6 months. Minimal relief but I’m learning to savor the good days and fight through the bad days. One day at a time.
Wow, I have this fear and it's the reason I avoided working out, especially after I turned 40. I even went to see a cardilologist. I'm almost 50 now and feel like I've wasted so much time. I haven't completely stopped but I definitely have cut back.
I adore Vicky and she’s a very good mentor❤️
You say this was filmed in July 2024, but I am viewing it in June 2024. Did you mean June?

Vicky is an amazing mentor and an inspiration. Love the Wednesday calls with Vicky and Shiv.
Vicky is my sister and I am so proud of her journey! ❤
Shaan, props to you man. you went through this and figured it out and the first thing you thought to do was to share it and help others. This is a rare thing these days, everyones usually so self centered. So my respect is with you man. And when I get through this with the info youve given me, I will do the same for others. Thank you.
I love Vicky! And I Relate so much to her story especially about the feeling far from God! Since the anxiety started last year in 2023. Being that I have gone through this before when I was young…at that time I didn’t feel far from god.
